CT Calibration & Accuracy Checks

Current Transformers (CTs) provide the data Kora uses for monitoring, export limiting, and backup logic. Accuracy is critical.

When Calibration Is Required

• After CT replacement
• Following panel rewiring or service upgrades
• If measured values appear incorrect or inconsistent

Accuracy Verification Steps

  1. Verify CT orientation arrows face the correct direction

  2. Confirm CTs are fully closed and latched

  3. Compare Kora readings against a calibrated meter

  4. Check for phase imbalance or reversed polarity

Best Practices

• Use manufacturer-approved CTs only
• Do not extend CT leads unless specified
• Route CT wiring exclusively through low-voltage channels
