System Architecture

Grid / Solar → Tesla Powerwall → Kora Smart Panel → Home Loads

Kora does not directly command Powerwall charge or discharge behavior.

Installation Requirements

• Tesla Powerwall installed and commissioned per Tesla guidelines
• UL-listed inverter and battery system
• Utility interconnection approval (if grid-tied)
• Compatible grounding and neutral configuration

Integration Notes

• Powerwall AC output lands on a designated breaker or backup input
• No DC conductors enter the Smart Panel
• Kora monitors net power flow only
• Backup runtime depends on Powerwall limits and circuit priorities

Verification

• Powerwall visible in Tesla app
• Smart Panel shows correct import/export values
• Backup mode tested successfully
