Solar Isn’t Showing in the App

Solar Data Depends on Communication—not Just Production If solar isn’t visible, Kora may not be receiving data from the inverter or CT sensors.

Step 1: Confirm Solar Is Producing

  • Check your inverter display or inverter app.

  • Ensure solar breakers are ON.


Step 2: Check App Status

  • Open Energy → Sources.

  • Look for “Solar” listed as Connected or Offline.


Common Causes

  • Inverter communication issue

  • CT sensors not reporting

  • Recently installed or reconfigured solar

  • Temporary cloud sync delay


What to Do

  • Wait up to 5 minutes for data refresh

  • Restart the inverter if manufacturer allows

  • Contact your installer if solar was recently added
