A Circuit Won’t Turn On or Off From the App

This Is Usually a Safety or Priority Condition Kora may block a circuit command to protect your home or preserve backup power.

Common Reasons

  • The circuit is marked Critical during an outage

  • The system is enforcing backup priorities

  • The circuit is experiencing an electrical fault

  • The circuit breaker is physically tripped

What to Check

  1. Open the Kora app → Circuits.

  2. Look for a status message under the circuit name.

  3. Physically check the breaker in the Smart Panel.

Try This

  • Toggle the circuit off, wait 5 seconds, then toggle on

  • If breaker is tripped, reset it once

If It Still Won’t Respond

  • Do not force repeated toggles

  • Contact Kora Support if the issue persists
