Common Reasons
The circuit is marked Critical during an outage
The system is enforcing backup priorities
The circuit is experiencing an electrical fault
The circuit breaker is physically tripped
What to Check
Open the Kora app → Circuits.
Look for a status message under the circuit name.
Physically check the breaker in the Smart Panel.
Try This
Toggle the circuit off, wait 5 seconds, then toggle on
If breaker is tripped, reset it once
If It Still Won’t Respond
Do not force repeated toggles
Contact Kora Support if the issue persists
