Step 1: Check Your Internet

  • Confirm your home internet is working on another device.

  • If not, restart your modem and router.

Step 2: Check the Panel Connection

  • If using Ethernet:

    • Ensure the cable is securely plugged in.

    • Check that the router port is active.

  • If using Wi-Fi:

    • Confirm the Wi-Fi network is still available.

    • Avoid guest networks or networks with login portals.

Step 3: Power-Cycle the Panel

  1. Open the Smart Panel door.

  2. Locate the system power switch or breaker (as labeled).

  3. Turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it on.

When to Contact Support

  • Panel remains offline for more than 15 minutes

  • App shows repeated disconnects

  • LTE (if equipped) is also unavailable
